Question of the Moment 116

Is carving pumpkins one of your October/Fall traditions? If so have you carved any yet? What did you carve?

If carving is not one of your traditions, what is? I would love to know what other people do this time of year.

I, personally carve pumpkins, eat apple cider and sugar donuts, wear scarves, trick-or-treat even though I am 20 and watch scary movies. I just carved my first pumpkin of the season last night and here is what it looks like...

He's just a spooky face. I need to get a candle for him so you can really see the details. I think I did a fantastic job, lol.

So have you carved any pumpkins yet, and if not what do you do? Let me know in the comments below =]

  1. This is the first year we aren't carving pumpkins. I think the kids are finally getting over it. But they are getting more and more into scary movies ~ which is great because that is my favorite part of the season!

    Ohh cool pumpkin!!

Halloween isn't that big over here in New Zealand, which I find a little sad because everyone's traditions sound like so much fun! We pretty much have Halloween parties and buy candy for the kids that go trick or treating. Although we barely ever get any trick or treaters :(

  4. Wow, New Zealand! That is awesome! That sucks, though, that you don't get a lot of trick-or-treaters. Hope you had a happy halloween anyways =D
